Our objective is to provide our clients with the highest
quality personalised service, to ensure they enjoy a
stress free and successful visa application.
We achieve this by providing expert advice to
those wishing to study in the UK at UKBA
Highly Trusted Sponsor education providers, to ensure
that their visa applications are prepared, documented
and presented to their best possible advantage and
thereby ensuring the highest possible chance of success.
Since April 2009 when we founded our consultancy we have
supported hundreds of students through the visa
application process and as of September 2010 we have
achieved a success rate, for those students who have
followed our advice, of 99.6%. It doesn't get much
better than that.
Experience has shown that visa applications will be
refused if there is even, what might appear to be, an
insignificant mistake, oversight or the slightest
inconsistency in the completion of the Visa Application
Forms (VAFs) or in the supporting documentation. We
ensure that our client's applications are prepared to
perfection so that they may be confident of success.
It is of course impossible to guarantee a successful outcome because even Entry Clearance officers are only human. If occasionally things go wrong, we are there to sort it out; In such cases
we handle all correspondence with the relevant Visa
Department and where necessary prepare applications for
Administrative Review to have the refusal
decision overturned.
When, having made an initial assessment of the
application, we consider the chance of success is
not great we provide detailed explanations and advice on
why this is so and how the client can address our
concerns. We will not take forward and advise our
clients to present applications where it is not in their
best interests to do so.
TSVC has a policy of zero tolerance to forged or falsified
documents. All documents submitted in support of
applications must be original and genuine. Current UKBA
policy is that those who submit forged or falsified
documents and/or conceal material facts in their visa
application shall be refused and may be faced with a ban
on applying for a UK visa, in any category, for the
following ten years.
Our service is web based and in the majority of cases,
requires our clients to send to us only a copy of the
personal details page of their passport, a copy of the
educational document submitted to the UK education provider
to obtain their Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS)
and the financial documents they propose to submit as
evidence of available funds. No more than this is
necessary. Our clients are not required to complete
lengthy and confusing VAFs, we do that. Our service
is tailored to each and every individual student, their
country of residence and where the application will
ultimately be submitted.
In short the product we provide to our clients is a level
of professional, experience and personalised support that
is second to none. Regardless of the complexity of the
application or the length of time taken to ensure a
successful application our support is consistent
and unwavering.
